Dossier

The Dossier has been prepared by the UK German Property Group / Red Rock Creditors Committee to summarise our understanding of the history and current position of the German companies controlled by Charles Smethurst and of which our members are creditors. In particular, the Dossier covers the German Property Group (GPG) and Red Rock. GPG has variously traded under the names of Dolphin Capital, Dolphin Trust and German Property Group.

The information contained in the Dossier has been prepared from information supplied to investors by GPG, professionals engaged by GPG, other creditors, previous employees and agents of GPG/Red Rock, sales agents and from the public records in Germany, UK and Switzerland. We believe it to fairly represent the current and historic picture but many substantiating details remain to be investigated. Due to the difficulty of obtaining accurate information for reasons which are apparent in the document, some conjecture and rhetorical questions are raised.

The content has been prepared for the purposes of providing information to law enforcement and regulatory agencies to assist them in pursuing their mandates.
