Previous MP Campaigns

The following are campaigns we have already run but may be useful for those that have not yet had the opportunity to take part. Start at Stage 1

Stage 3

There are two parts to this section of the campaign. The first is a letter from you to the Prosecutor in Hanover, a move which was suggested by a Director of the FCA. The second is to email your local MP and ask them to write a letter on your behalf as we believe this may carry more weight.

The email template for writing to the German Prosecutor is located HERE.

The email template for writing to MP's is HERE and the enclosures are HERE and HERE.

Even if you did not complete the below stages 1 and 2 you can still support us by completing this stage 3 activity.

Stage 2

The next stage in our MP campaign is for those of us that wrote to their MP to follow up by sending a copy of the below Meeting Minutes and the letter we have sent to the Treasury Select Committee requesting your MP send in a letter of support to the Chair of the Treasury Select Committee.

A suggested email template is located here.

Even if you did not take part in the Stage 1 activity we would ask that you support the group by engaging with this stage 2 activity.

Stage 1

Further to the BBC coverage of the Dolphin story on BBC R4 on Thursday 26 November and then Breakfast on BBC1 Saturday 28 November, quickly followed by articles in the Sunday Times and Irish Sunday Times we now need to keep up the momentum and bring this to the lawmakers and regulators.

It is now time for individual investors to stand up and be counted.

We need to get Members of Parliament to further our cause to put pressure on the Serious Fraud Office and Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and through them their counterparts in Germany to ensure that this case is properly investigated.

Download a copy of our Dossier to send it to your local MP and ask for a personal consultation to discuss your/our plight.

Your MP can be located here.

A suggested email template is located here.
