LIQUIDATION REGISTRATION

Claims need to be registered with the German Liquidator. Some of you will have received a letter in the post with a claim form and instructions. You will only receive a letter from the Liquidator if they have your details on file. As we know, the GPG records are in complete disarray and the Liquidator does not know the details of all creditors. If you have not received a letter then you can still make a claim. Visit the BBL website, read the press release then scroll down to the section headed "Dolphin Capital 80. Projekt GmbH & Co. KG". The form and instructions can be downloaded from there.
