EXCITING NEW MP CAMPAIGN

Tech Tip: If you have difficulty accessing any of the links or files on this page then install and use the Google Chrome Web Browser.

We are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with the Transparency Task Force (TTF) in order to pursue our goal of redress for GPG/Red Rock as well as victims of other scams.

Many of you will have been aware or seen the recent Panorama documentary which highlights alleged failings of the FCA in regard to the Blackmore Bonds case. Whilst GPG is not exactly the same there are some parallels.

There has also been a terrific document produced by the TTF which tells the story of the damage being done to victims of various scams and sets out a coherent argument on how to resolve the situation, both in terms of redress for victims and preventative measures for the future.

This document is available below and it is well worth a read.

Faces of Financial Crime: Transparency Task Force

We have agreed with the TTF that we will run our campaign alongside theirs to maximise the impact.

It is vitally important that we make our MP’s aware of the hugely important Financial Services Act that is about to be put to Parliament and ensure that they don’t just let it pass through without due scrutiny because they are not aware of the significance.

We have a one off opportunity to make our case for substantial change for us and for the future.

All we ask is that you copy and paste the suggested wording from here and send it to your MP.

If you have never written to your MP before you will need to change the wording in the first paragraph to suit your circumstances.

We also ask that you complete and send the TTF letter which they have produced here.

Please ensure that you cc us (gpgcreditors@gmail.com) with our letter as well as following the instruction on the TTF letter which they wish to monitor.

We are sure that together, we will make a difference.
